COST OF TREATMENT AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cost of Treatment:

The cost of treatment, based on a 30 day stay, is between $15,850.00 and $16,750.00, depending on the length of detoxification.  This includes room and board, group and individual therapy, physical examination and lab work, participation of up to two people in Family Program, and in order to aid our clients in maintaining lifelong sobriety, we offer, free of charge, weekly aftercare meetings at two front range locations.  Medications and any outside medical appointments/treatment needed are additional.

Payment Options:

Self Pay:

-Our discounted fee for payment in full at time of admission is $14,500.00.

-A deposit of $8,000.00 is due at time of admission.  If the balance is paid in full at time of completion of treatment, an 8% discount will be applied.  If the account guarantor is employed, the balance may be placed on a payment plan not to exceed 3 years, with a 12% annual interest rate applied.

Health Insurance:

Our Admissions team will be happy to verify your insurance benefits and your health insurance policy.  Harmony Foundation has years of experience helping patients work with their insurance companies. However, there is no guarantee that your insurance company will authorize payment.

Independent Financing:

MyMedicalLoan.com: MyMedicalLoan.com is an independent financing company that provides affordable options for people who need treatment. They offer flexible and affordable financing options to most patients - even those with less than perfect credit. Please contact our Client Loan Specialist for assistance with the online application at 970-577-5382. Once the online application is submitted, you will receive an immediate decision on your loan.

Clark Behavioral Health Financing: Clark Behavioral Health financing is an independent loan organization that works with many families and individuals, guiding them through the loan process.  Even if you personally do not qualify for a loan, they will advise you in ways to qualify, including a cosigner or considering credit repair.  Once you have been approved, Clark Behavioral Health financing can complete the entire loan process in about 5 business days.  You can go directly to their on-line application, or contact them at 888-755-3079 or www.ClarkBHF.com.

MUSICARES Funding:

Harmony Foundation has been chosen as the facility in Colorado to provide substance abuse treatment for recipients of Musicares funding.  Musicares/MAP may grant financial assistance for substance abuse treatment at Harmony Foundation for people, who have worked at least 5 years in the music industry, or have at least 6 commercially released recordings, or have at least 6 commercially or promotionally released music videos.  To have an application form emailed to you, please contact our admissions office at: 970-577-3164.
