Gail joined the Harmony staff in September of 2007, after thirty three years working in the construction field. Twenty nine of those years were in Estes Park and twenty of those years were spent as the owner/operator of his own construction business. Gail began his association with Harmony in 1978 when he moved to Estes Park. Through the years, Gail has contracted many building projects at Harmony; including the construction of the Swickard Building, which houses the Women’s Program and the Family Program, and the Barnes Building, where Harmony ‘s Admissions Department is located. At one point or another Gail has constructed, added onto, or remodeled virtually every structure on the Harmony property. This was in addition to the other building projects he was involved in throughout the Estes Valley.
Gail believes Harmony is a very special place and being a Colorado native, he has a great appreciation for our location in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, next to Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s with a great sense of pride and gratitude for having the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Harmony and providing the facility for all those who come to us seeking a new beginning.
