Kristi Faraguna, Director of Human Resources

Kristi Faraguna’s education is extensive. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources from Colorado State University; a Master’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University; and a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. She currently has over 15 years experience in Human Resources Management. 

Kristi is married, a Colorado native and can be found biking, hiking, snowshoeing and traveling in her free time. She believes Harmony is an incredible place with a very caring staff and a spectacular setting, and that it is a great place for someone to start the journey of healing from addiction.
