Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking the right person for our Payroll Coordinator position. This person will be responsible for processing our payroll in house every other week. We would consider a candidate who is interested in full-time or three-fourths time. Reports to Comptroller.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll processing including tax deposits and Quarterly and Annual reports.
  • Weekly miscellaneous check processing.Bank deposits.
  • Reconciliation of bank monthly statement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have two years experience in office procedures and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • One year General Accounting Experience.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of Payroll experience.
  • One year computer experience including Excel and Windows.
  • Basic typing skills, adequate to prepare materials accurately.
  • Physical and emotional health adequate to perform all job functions.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience with a payroll system definitely a plus.
