Payroll Coordinator
We are seeking the right person for our Payroll Coordinator position. This person will be responsible for processing our payroll in house every other week. We would consider a candidate who is interested in full-time or three-fourths time. Reports to Comptroller.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing including tax deposits and Quarterly and Annual reports.
- Weekly miscellaneous check processing.Bank deposits.
- Reconciliation of bank monthly statement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have two years experience in office procedures and basic bookkeeping procedures.
- One year General Accounting Experience.
- Prefer a minimum of one year of Payroll experience.
- One year computer experience including Excel and Windows.
- Basic typing skills, adequate to prepare materials accurately.
- Physical and emotional health adequate to perform all job functions.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with a payroll system definitely a plus.
