Fourth of July Picnic: The auction took in appx. $500.00 all items sold. The band recieved great reviews. The pinnate continues to be a hit with the kids, thanks Tina. We discussed ways to improve next years picnic. Attendence was down 60% from 1999. The World AA Conference may have had an effect. It was suggested we have more prizes for the kids next year, possibly have some contests that are timed, and water balloons. Thanks to all who participated!
Incorporating:
Christy has been in touch with Bob. He has drawn up our articles of incorporation and tax ID has been applied for. Thanks Bob!
Reunion:
Please all alum pass the word and encourage friends to come to the reunion. If you havn't recieved your invite from Harmony please call and check. You will need to reserve a place for the dinner Sat. night, and to let Harmony know what you will be attending. The dates are 9/15,16,17/00, see you there!
Upcoming spiritual retreat: ( Oct. 13th, 14th, 15th)
It has been confirmed that we will have 6 cabins( 4 people each cabin)available. The price for the retreat has yet to be set, more will be revealed.
