I attended Harmony in June and July of 2001. Today is June 12th 2003. Two years ago today, I was probably shaking like a leaf from withdrawals. I write this because I feel so lucky and thankful for the time I spent at Harmony. If someone would have told me what was going to happen to me after I went back into the 'real world,' I would have laughed in their face. I've gained a new respect for myself that I thought was long gone and unattainalbe. Harmony's staff really let me explore my issues--wait forget about 'explore'--they let me figure out what my issues were in the first place. If nothing else, I had some time to think, clearly, and with support. Anyway, it's been two years and I'm going strong and really enjoying life like I never knew possible.
