While most people are still cozy and safe in their beds, the breakfast cook rolls in and starts her day. Turn on the lights, crank up the ovens, and crank the rock and roll, not necessarily in that order. Depending on the day, she is cooking bacon or sausage, cracking eggs, making pancake or French toast batter, plus all the little chores to prepare the meal. After two hours breakfast is served, with a smile and a good morning. Then it is time to clean up and get ready for lunch. Good job, but slow down Marilyn!
