2017 Webinar Series – A Non-Pharmacological Approach to Emotion Regulation: Integrating DBT with Twelve Step Philosophy.
Addiction literature demonstrates the utility of twelve-step programming and dialectical behavior therapy in recovery. This workshop focuses on non-pharmacologic approaches to manage emotion dysregulation in early and on-going recovery through the use of an integrative model.
