Harmony Aftercare Locations
Family members and/or supportive or concerned persons meet at the same time in the room next door. There is no cost to Harmony graduates and their family or partner for our drug and alcohol rehab Aftercare Program. We ask that family members have attended the family weekend program or the family one-day workshop at Harmony's residential addiction treatment center.

Directions:Take I-70 to the Harlan/Sheridan exit. Look for the Chase Bank sign on the top of the building. Head south on N. Harlan Street The Chase Bank Building will be on the left side.
Take the elevator to the sixth floor exit to the right and proceed to the end of the hallway to suite 670.

Directions: From I-25, take US-34/ E Eisenhower Blvd and turn right onto US-287 N Lincoln Ave. Turn right onto E Knobcone Dr then left onto Sunview Dr.
Please enter the church’s main entrance located on the east side of the building. Turn left and walk to the end of the hallway, go up the stairs to the 2nd floor and we will be located around the corner in rooms 207 & 209.
