Harmony Development Fund Committee (HDF)

The HDF committee is commissioned by the Harmony Board of Directors and charged with raising funds to support the mission of Harmony. It is comprised of alumni, family members staff and board representatives dedicated to raising funds for Harmony’s capital building fund and scholarship fund. If you would like to serve on this committee, please fill out the Volunteer Application and indicate HDF interest.

 

Alumni Advisory Board (AAB)

The Alumni Advisory Board is comprised of alumni who have come together in a common purpose; to encourage alumni to be more involved with Harmony and to be the voice of the alumni, informing the Alumni Relations Dept. of what the alumni want and/or need. If you would like to add your voice and expertise to this board, please fill out the Volunteer Application. Indicate AAB interest.

 

Administrative Tasks

Harmony may at times need help with some administrative duties, such as filing, shredding, data entry, etc. If you would like to lend your time and skills to Harmony, please fill out the Volunteer Application and Skills Checklist.

 

Outdoor Work

Do you love being outdoors? There is often extra outdoor work to be done around Harmony. Planting flowers, pulling weeds, mowing, shoveling, etc. If you’re interested in donating some time, please fill out the Volunteer Application and Skills Checklist.

 

Maintenance/Housekeeping

Do you enjoy fixing things? Cleaning things? The maintenance and housekeeping departments can often use a little help. If you’re interested in helping out in these areas, please fill out the Volunteer Application and Skills Checklist.

 

Nursing Department Help

The Nursing department often has need for someone to sit with the detoxing clients or to run to the pharmacy to pick up meds, or take clients to appointments in town or along the Front Range. If this sounds like something you’d like to do, please fill out the Volunteer Application and Skills Checklist.

Counseling Team Help

Counseling can use people willing to do some data entry. The techs can often use help with the clients such as getting them the materials they need, helping round everyone up for activities, visiting with them, etc. If interested, please fill out the Volunteer Application and Skills Checklist.

 

Events

Harmony’s Community & Alumni Relations Department hosts several events each year including; Sober Bowl, Skiathon, Golf Tournament, Independence Day Picnic, Alumni Reunion and Educational Series among others. Volunteers are often needed at these events. If you are interested in volunteering at an event, please fill out the Event Questionaire.
