Addiction Treatment Aftercare Services
Harmony provides Aftercare for individuals completing our residential addiction treatment program and our family program. We believe that it is important for successful recovery and continued sobriety to receive ongoing support, education, relapse prevention strategies, community reintegration skills and fellowship. For those who may be new to or struggling in their recovery, Harmony’s addiction Aftercare Program in Colorado provides a supportive avenue into sobriety and into primary treatment if the need arises. There is no cost for Harmony’s Aftercare program service for clients or their family members.
Harmony Aftercare is offered in the following two locations:
Harmony Aftercare Immanuel Lutheran Church and School Loveland CO
Harmony Aftercare Odyssey North Denver CO
