Medical Detox Center

Harmony Foundation takes great pride in the quality of nursing and medical care that we provide for our clients. We are licensed by the State of Colorado to provide medical detox at our Colorado detox center. Our Medical Director is certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) as an addictionologist and is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Our nursing staff is available 24 hours a day to assist clients with any medical and detoxification needs.

Harmony’s Medical Detox Program

Each client receives a physical examination, including comprehensive laboratory tests, and meets a medical professional (physician or nurse practitioner) regarding these results. To provide for the best possible care, our medical staff may at times consult with a client’s healthcare providers – physicians, psychiatrists, or therapists – to discuss treatment issues. We also offer the services of our psychologists and other mental health professionals when clinically indicated.
Chronic Pain is also an important issue at Harmony. We help clients with chronic pain through the use of non-narcotic medications and other medical options proven to help break the cycle of pain.
