As we conclude our series, we’ll reflect on our collective journey, taking the insights gained to craft a vision for 2024. Centering on self-care, we’ll empower participants to approach the future with hope and resilience.

Facilitator: Isabel Serafin, Clinical Case Manager

Isabel Serafin is a part of the Clinical Case Management team at Harmony Foundation and a Certified Peer Support and Recovery Specialist. Isabel had been working in the recovery field for almost a year and a half before joining the Harmony team, previously serving as a Recovery Coach and House Manager for her Sober Living home. Isabel also serves as an Executive Board Member for Colorado Artists in Recovery. This non-profit promotes and facilitates free arts programming for individuals in recovery from substance use and mental health issues. Isabel’s passion for working in the recovery field stems from her own lived experience as a Harmony Alumni and an active member of the 12-step community.  When Isabel is not at work, you can find her performing at Sober Open Mic events, attending 12-step meetings, or spending time with her Pitbull, Arya!
