This 60 minute training will explore the psychology & neurobiology of non-suicidal self injury (NSSI) in relation to thoughts, urges, and behaviors. Internal and interactive regulation will be examined in relation to insecure attachment styles and working with symptom reduction. Attendees will learn to implement a technique to ease and release deep shame in relation to NSSI. Establishing empathic relational fields and evoking innate healing wisdom leads clients to freedom of shame.
